Day 2 & Day 3 in South Korea

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
Hello again!
So, I'm going to continue with my second and third day in South Korea.
On the second day, since we are already late, we decided to have a lunch before going out for our historical travel in Seoul.
We chose a vegan restaurant, Loving Hut which situated in Sinchon, which is also just one stop away from Hongik University.

We choose to eat Korean Kimchi Chigae ; Kimchi Fried Rice and Fried Tofu with rice, well, kinda like chicken chop, but it's made of tofu.
We also have a fruit salad side dishes... oh, how I hate vegetables...
But anyways, since I have no choice, I just finished everything anyway.
While eating, we meet this couple, which there is a guy who speak English fluently, and asked us about our plan and tell us where to go and stuff.
Well, it was good since most of the Korean don't really speak English fluently.
Loving Hut? They don't understand.
It become something like, Loving Hatteu.
Wasn't it just the same anyways? Lol.
Anyways, luckily I learn a few things about them so I put in mind those pronunciation.
Our next destination is Gyeongbokgung Palace, the main palace in Seoul where the history started.
You can go to this page for more info ; http://www.royalpalace.go.kr/html/eng/main/main.jsp.
But basically Gyeongbokgung palace is the most grand palace from the five royal palaces.
The entrance fee is KRW3,000 for adult above 19 years old.
The stop would be Gyeongbokgung (Line 3, Exit 5) or Gwanghamun (Line 5 Exit 2)
We come out and saw Admiral Lee Soo Shin statue on the top.
But since it was too hot, lol, we just walk passed and stopped in front of King Sejong statue since it is on the way to the palace.

Admiral Lee Soo Shin statue
King Sejong's statue.

After a few pictures, we walked towards the palace and wow... see how many people there?

But then we know that they are actually waiting for the royal guard's performance in front of the palace that will be performed every 2 hours.

The royal marching.

The palace.

Panas...

Selfie time. :D

Gyeongbokgung Palace

King's Hall

Other part of the big palace's ground. I think it's the crown prince or the crown princess' quarters.

Too hot to stay outside. Lol

One think about South Korea that I realized is if it's cold, it's really cold, and if it's really cold, it's really cold.
When I watch the drama and saw how they talk with smoke, oh my God, God knows how cold is that.
For me, alright. Hahahaha.
Because it's too hot... come on, I'm Malaysian. Lol. But I don't walk around in Malaysia...
Not that I'm a good driver, but yeah... you got it.
So, we went back and get ready for the night.
Idol hunting or something?
Hahaha, Seoul is not like KL where you can just saw artist or celebrities walking around with their kids and do shopping without camera around.
This is Korea where every celebrities' move would be stalk closely by the fans.
So... quite impossible... Lol.
We went all the way to Gangnam to eat and decided to start the idol hunting tomorrow.

Serious face of trying to check the last minute preparation to go idol's hunting. Lol.
The third day has come. And we are all ready to go for idol hunting. Hahaha.
So, if you are reading this and trying to find your way around, let me give you a brief explanation on how to get to the big entertainment office : -> read SM, JYP, CUBE and FNC Building.
SM Entertainment hold those 'big' celebrities such as Super Junior, SNSD, SHINee, TVXQ, f(x), EXO, Kangta, Boa, actree Go Ara, Lee Yeonhee... bla bla.
JYP hold those 'friendly' artist such as 2PM, 2AM, Wonder Girls, Miss A, GOT7.... bla bla bla...
CUBE has those 'mysterious' celebrities such as BEAST, BTOB, G.NA. 4Minute and bla bla bla...
FNC on the other hand has such 'silent' celebrities such as CN Blue, FT Island, AOA and bla bla bla...
You'll know why I distinguish them such way later. Hehe. <<0>>
To go to the entertainment office, you need to get off on Apgujeong Rodeo's station which is around 15 minutes walking towards the entertainment office.
The neighborhood street is really something.
It only hold those expensive brand retail and luxurious house around.
It might cost RM15 million something if there were the same thing in Malaysia. Kekeke.
But hey, it's the celebrities' neighbourhood after all.

EXO big poster that make her excited. Kekeke.
This is when the news about Kris is leaving the group. So sad since her bias is him. Huhu...
Our first destination is to the CUBE Studio.
Actually, Cube entertainment office is somewhere else while this is just the studio.
The office is just in front of the street, while the studio is futher down.
We decided to spend some times in the cafe, enjoying our afternoon tea.

Cube studio!

Even the order call magnet is BEAST.

Enjoying morning tea.

Why I call Cube as mysterious?
The cafe is actually literally under the studio.
You can see those vans parked outside the building, but you can't even hear any song.
Is the building just there to let the fans sit down and expect something?
Which I didn't, hahaha
We keep eating and took a lot of pictures of the cube studio since it's kinda look like modern museum with all the idol's hand print, and official goods were sold.
After we are done with our drinks and sweet waffle, we went out to the next place.
What? JYP building.
We were lucky since when we are about to take picture, 2PM Taecyeon walked out of the building and walked to his car.
But unfortunately, me and my friend were too amused watching him in real life that we forgot to take picture. Huhu.
And just watch the van passed...

Tacyeon's van just passed.

Oh well, let's just take picture.
And the reason why I called the JYP's celebrities as friendly is because fans just go and interact with them freely.
A girl just went to Taecyeon and say hi as he walked out and he just smiled and waved back before closing the door.
We come back a few days later and there was a female celebrity, (mind me I'm don't really knowledgeable in their names and faces... Huhu....) come out from the building and the fans was excited to see her and she was just bowing again and again before getting into her van and walked away.
The same thing happened to GOT7 who passed by us which we doesn't recognized by then. Lol.
One of the members walked by us and we just ignore him but then the fans was screaming so we were like, what? who? and after that then we finally know that was GOT7. Hahahaha.
I don't even know there were such things as GOT7 before that. Lol.
Then, we just walked inside the Dunkin' Doughnut near JYP building and get some smoothies before we went to our next expedition.
Yeah, we asked for direction to SM Building as well.

Signature, which I don't understand at all.
After a few minutes of getting lost and walking, hahahaha, I'm still suck in reading drawing maps, we finally found the building.

We walked passed the FNC building first, but we decided to stop by later on our way back.

SM Building.
Just 10% of the whole fans waiting in front of the building.

As others, there were a lot of fans by then, we just sat down and talking, meeting new friends from all over the world.
Rather than interested in who do we like from SM, they were more interested in our plan for another two weeks in South Korea. Hahaha.
And of course the cars will just slow down to see why are standing in front of the building.
They were staring like thinking 'these kids have nothing else to do'.

After a few talking and waiting for hours like waiting for fruitless tree, we decided to just go back and take a picture at FNC Building.

Anyeong CN Blue. CN Blue was having their world tour by then. Too quiet like there was no one around.... Not even fans....

Another picture at the SM carpark. Those celebrities' vans...
Whilewe are taking pictures, there were suddenly loud screaming from the front building so I tell my friend to go and see what has happened.
This is really lucky since EXO - M suddenly appeared in front of the building.
So, do you know why I call them 'big' celebrities?
First, the guards were like taking care of royal family or something.
Second, they never pay attention to anyone. They just walked pass and got into their vehicles.
After they were safe in the vehicles, then they will wave back and grinned happily.
Those kids...
Hahaha, because they were younger and just around my age, I can say that. Kekekeke.
While we were waiting under the building, they purposely open the song loudly and opened the window so we could hear everything.
Teasing... Heh... =_=

Those full of excitement fans surrounded the car.

A friend we met while waiting. She's so lovely and she was also standing at the back with me while the others were surrounding the cars. Sorry, EXO, we don't really like you guys. You were just too young. Huhuhu.

After happily talking and da da da da, we decided to call it a day and walked back.
And then we saw someone talking in front of us in English while we were animatedly talking to each other.
We stare at each other for a few miliseconds and continue walking and talking and just walked pass her.
But my friend suddenly stop and look at me as if I have three eyes.
"Wasn't that Amber?" Was the first question she asked me.
We quickly turned around and saw her and the other guy who walked pass her walked to the corner and disappeared.
Wow, that was fast!
Oh God, we should just have asked for a picture. Huhuhuhu.
Another golden opportunity just passed.
While walking back, my friend was saying she heard the girl we saw talking in thick American accent and she quickly recognised her.
Wow, I don't even recognised her face although I was staring at her for quite long since we are walking from the opposite sides. Hahahaha.
I just a major fail in recognising celebrities, don't I?
We then just walked back.
Nothing can be done anyway.

Found Taecyeon on the way back.

Those high stairs in Seoul and the same high escalators in London.. and of course in KL as well....

Korean style of watching television inside the train. If only I can do that in Malaysia too... Hahaha.
Final plan of the day... YG Entertainment.
YG Entertainment have those celebrities such as Big Bang, 2NE1, Akdong Musician, bla bla bla....
It is situated in Hapjeong which is 10 minutes walking from Hapjeong station.
And of course, fruitless waiting again...

YG Building.

This lorry just decided to park in front of us...
After two full hours of fruitless waiting, we decided to call it a day and headed home.
Of couse I made friend from all over the world again.
A new friend from Japan, Yumi and two friends from Thailand.
We exchanged contact no before heading home.
That's how the third day ended.
Looking forward for the fourth day.
Wanna know what we did next?
Stay tune!! (Again, talking to myself)
Bye for now!
Wassalam. =)
